Hi! I'm Leanne!

Home for me is Horncastle, Lincolnshire. Home is also my husband Nathan, who I married in 2012 when we were both young, slim and smooth! Fast forward a few chapters and we have two kids, two businesses and there's always a project on the go. 

Those who now me describe me as someone who works hard, and someone who likes to laugh and bring a lot of energy. I'm all or nothing, and my cup is always half-full. 

My photography business is something incredibly special to me. I started this with nothing and have built something I'm so proud of and truly love. I am completely self-taught. No-one has ever shown me how to use a camera, how to edit, how to process thousands of images - I have learned every bit for myself. Every step involved in running this business is done by me and it will stay that way.

I now take on a very limited amount of work per year whilst working full-time. I’ve been there and worn the burnout t-shirt and just can't be bothered with it any more. I count myself as very lucky to be able to do this, and now find myself in a position where I can manage the balance to suit my lifestyle. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon though! I've made friends and contacts for life, been to some amazing weddings, and watched families grow. What a privilege.

The studio is not the place for me and I do not like wrapping up newborn babies and putting them in tiny baskets. I like real moments, blending the polished and the unpolished together to tell a true story of what's going on in your world.
